Madcity Speed Dating values your right to privacy and safety and we work hard to ensure you enjoy your experience.

Our privacy policy is really quite simple. We don't share your personal information with anyone without your consent. Your e-mail and phone number, as well as any other information you provide to us, is kept completely confidential. You may receive an occasional e-mail from us informing you of upcoming events, but your e-mail will never be shared with any other person or company. If you receive a "match" at a Madcity Speed Dating event, we will only share the contact information that you have indicated that you wish to have shared. It will only be shared with those indicated by you on your "date card." If you have additional privacy concerns, you may wish to secure a free and confidential e-mail address through the many anonymous email services, such as hotmail, prior to attending our event.

Please give us at least four days notice and we will gladly give you a refund. However, as Madcity Speed Dating events are dependent on participant attendance we cannot offer refunds if we have less than four days notice or if you do not attend.

If for any reason an event is cancelled, you have the right to move registration to another event or have your money refunded. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal as online payment options.

Prior to participating in any Madcity Speed Dating event, you will be required to sign a liability waiver that states:

Madcity Speed Dating is not a dating service. We facilitate the meeting of single people. There is no guarantee of receiving a Match at any time at any event. Participants assume all risk, and Madcity Speed Dating and any of its staff, paid or unpaid, will not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect of a participant or property thereof attending an event on or after an event.

Madcity Speed Dating is not liable for any injury, emotional distress or discomfort during or deriving from any given event. Though we strive for accuracy, we will not be held liable for any human error on our part or part of the establishments our events are held at. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person at any time for any reason. All risks are to be assumed by the participants.
