Madcity Speed Dating values your right to privacy and safety and we work hard to ensure you enjoy your experience.

Our privacy policy is really quite simple. We don't share your personal information with anyone without your consent. Your e-mail and phone number, as well as any other information you provide to us, is kept completely confidential. You may receive an occasional e-mail from us informing you of upcoming events, but your e-mail will never be shared with any other person or company. If you receive a "match" at a Madcity Speed Dating event, we will only share the contact information that you have indicated you wish to have shared.

For cancellations made more than five days prior to the night of the event we offer full refunds. However, as Madcity Speed Dating events are dependent on participant attendance we do not offer refunds for cancellations made within six days of an event.

If we cancel an event for any reason you have the option of either having your payment refunded or kept on file for use at a future event. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal as online payment options. Though we require advance registration via either online payment or mailed check, we also offer participants the option of having their online payment refunded if they repurchase their seat via either cash at the registration table the night of the event.

Madcity Speed Dating is not a dating service. We facilitate the meeting of single people. There is no guarantee of receiving a Match at any time at any event. Participants assume all risk. Madcity Speed Dating and any of its staff, paid or unpaid, will not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect to either participant or property thereof incurred on, before, or after the night of an event.

Madcity Speed Dating is not liable for any injury, emotional distress, or discomfort during or deriving from any given event. Though we strive for accuracy, we will not be held liable for any human error on our part or the part of the establishments our events are held at. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person at any time for any reason. All risks are to be assumed by the participants.
